Bihar Sharif is the seventh most populous city in the state and district headquarters of Nalanda district. It is a regional, economic and political hub with excellent rail and road connectivity and is renowned as the capital of South Central Bihar. It is strategically located with respect to places of immense historical and cultural importance. The ruins at Nalanda, which is a World Heritage site, is just 13 km away from Biharsharif.

In the last 3 years, some of the noteworthy initiatives at city level under implementation include: increase in energy availability and reduction in outages; improvements in transport through widening of roads & drains , anti encroachment drives, preparation of intelligent traffic management systems, Implementation of e-governance. Improvements have been noted in basic infrastructure especially solid waste management, landscape development and sanctioning of a water supply project.

One of the key processes of the smart city mission is to engage with the citizens at every stage in order to prioritize the areas for intervention. On the basis of feedback received from citizen on different components, Biharsharif Municipal Corporation incorporated all those necessary suggestions which missed in Round-II and then it will be submitted to MOUD. Request you all to post your valuable suggestions on or before 26/03/2017

Security is one of the important factor. As a citizen we need proper security than any other else. It is not only means fit camera in the street but also make freedom as aboard. I hope that one of the part of our nation will be good and clean.

Proper awareness is necessary. I have a project to save particular city from earth quack like phenomenon. I believe that it is a practical idea and overcome current limitations.

Please take proper measurements for save cities from natural calamities. There is lot of technology available for that in less cost. Use available resources for that purpose like smart phone.

Paved and leveled footpath, easy to get in bus stops, excellent traffic control, uninterrupted power supply, Dust free roads, Disciplined traffic, adequate water supply, Public toilets in every street, Public licensed places for migrant labourers at a very low cost, all people carry identity,efficient police force, high tree population.

According to me city is place where there is overcrowding for living. This agglomeration needs convenience for the basic necessities.

Police can use Adhar softwre to track people. Any person involve any crime first take his/her finger and Adhar. If he/she don't have Adhar let the Police make Adhar first.

There should some rules for operating the social account like Facebook, that we need to update their Aadhar information in our accounts, in otherwise cases, company(fb) should take necessary actions.

The major drawback for bihar is lack of local buses. It is not affordable for low and middle class people to get autos and cabs every time and spend lots of money for transportation.
