Bihar Sharif is participating in the fourth round of the smart city challenge, it is already well established that citizen participation is one of the most important component of the smart city project and to strengthen the proposal for Smart City Bihar Sharif. It is now imperative that the citizen participation is overwhelming. Extensive citizens engagement initiatives through online and offline communication has been undertaken earlier to get feedback and citizens participation.

In a bid to gather the opinion of the people this is an open discussion where the citizens of Bihar Sharif are requested to give their feedback to strengthen Smart City Proposal submitted in Round III as well as suggestions for Smart City Proposal to be submitted in Round IV.

Last date of submission is 29th September, 2017.

Support the creation of tourism-oriented micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, among others, by facilitating access to finance through credit and loans for rural/urban entrepreneurs, particularly the poor and other underprivileged groups.

Tourism provides a directly significant number of jobs to people with little or no formal training and indirectly through supportive sourcing industries such as construction, agriculture, fishing, food processing, furniture, handicrafts, transport, arts, hospitality and other services.

Tourist locations like Biharsharif require a wide range of services such as infrastructure, power and water utilities, airports and roads to facilitate the provision of hotel and restaurant services, which can also benefit local communities.
