Sir regarding Clean India Mission I would like to suggest that we can implement a policy of buying back the empty RAPPERS/PACKETS of packaged goods, for example if Parle Biscuits are sold for Rs.5/-, make it Rs 7/- per packet. The customer will get Rs 2/- back once he returns empty packet to shopkeeper and shopkeeper will return it to company and gets his deposit back from manufacturer for recycling.

Empty Water bottles is a big nuisance and contributes to non biodegradable trash in a big way. Companies should be made to collect their empty bottles back at any cost. Or they should have REFILL STATIONS at public places and people should buy water in their bottles. Better still water should not be sold. This has been done in US..in one part and it is possible.

Can it ever stop? Swachh Bharat should become a mindset first. It can not be the duty and job of handful of people. The cleaners of municipality should be given masks, hand gloves and boots to carry out these jobs. Whether we like it or not, someone's hands will be picking up trash somewhere. Its about time we reduce trash at our end, segregate it, and respect those who clean the rest for us. FMCG's should pay recycling tax depending upon the type of their packaging.

Your Govt is working hard to implement towards ease of doing business in India, and all over computerizations are being encouraged and implemented. But in Haryana, situation is just hopeless, Many reminders sent since over a month, no corrective steps have been taken because 50 % of email ID’s in the official Haryana Govt are wrong including the Chief Minister, 40 % of Haryana MLA’s, Deputy Commissioner Ambala, Ambala Cantt MLA Anil Vij, are wrong. What is this ease of doing business in India ?

It is almost 9 Mo. now to Modi government. Despite of so many campaign and publicity about swatchata abhiyaan, still there are metropolitan cities like Mumbai in as is condition as it was earlier. I have written to PMO website that we still live in huge mess of garbage and corrupt government as well as municipality. They are taking hafta from hawkers and vendors and let them throw garbages everywhere. Is this our PM motto behind improving our country?

modi ji now you must apply strict penalty on littering of garbage. As people are sent to jail for stealing, same must be implemented to garbage littering. If it it hectic to manage, then implement CCTV surveillance. Hire 3rd party organization for the job as soon as possible.

For our swaccha bharat abhiyan We can build 2-4 wooden or tin door toilets in road side. So that in emergency public can prefer that toilets rather than going here and there. Low cost toilets i am saying. Not to build big building. They must be built in every short distance where public is more
