Impose strict rules. And impose monetory penalties if rules broken, as no work seen on ground level. Like no cleaniness on road, in trains so people may create a negative image and delhi like situation may occur in bengal, bihar so to avoid start ground level work with a bang

Babus/white elephants responsible for derailing the thought process of PM must be taken to task. Bureaucrats must be replaced by dedicated experienced professionals/experts of respective fields in phased manner.VIP culture adopted mainly by Babus and politicians must be discouraged if you to really want to serve common people and encourage wisdom.of professionals.

May I expect our PMO be vibrant enough to keep pace with PM's speeches, otherwise PM's speech won't lure urban denizens any more because when PMO is not sincere enough to deal with complaints from whistle blowers , what to talk about expectations of general public getting shattered as they come across corruption everyday in their life .This is one of the reasons why people are loosing faith from PM's speeches .Delhi election is reflection of that. We must learn from the mistake .

I visited Ayodhya few days back. Saw a huge pile of garbage just few hundred meters from Hanumaan Garhi. Shall VHP not focus on cleaning ayodhya then runningg campaigns like ghar Vaapasi. BJPs local volunteers should take care of cleaning movement in every city everyday.
