At the same time tough law should be enacted and ensured for those people who litter garbage. Production of plastic bag should be banned instead of making awareness of using the same.

Please BAN Theese things like this, Gutka, pan spliting, smoking ashs, toiling, spreading rubbish etc put a fine and punishment so that they must not do these things again. Educate the people & warn them first time and fine them second time if continued Jail them for 3 weeks third time. keep the subject of cleanliness in all schools compulsary.

if our dream is clean india, the first step is to give knowledge in school regarding cleaness and secondly dustbinn must be avilable in 100 ya 200 mtrs in full country.moreover toilets also situated betwwen 200 mtrs ya 500 mtrs and it"s cleanness is also important.in india people are ready for clean india but there is no dustbinn or sufficient toillets so thats why they are toilent in open area .

Street Cleaning Equipments can be helpful in making our country clean & safe. I have seen machines cleaning the roads automatically every morning. These machines are run by a driver who will start his shifts around 6-7am in many areas and cities. It works a vacuum cleaner on the road. Having them on the roads, we can use our manpower in cleaning especially the edges of the roads.

Village Pradhans need to be held accountable for cleanliness of the village otherwise their future funding should be stopped. The funds spent on making the toilets in past 2-3 years should be subjected to thorough insvestigation by credible agencies.
