railway station, bus stop and station, other areas. there has to be proper staff and we together can implement this sources. now when this sources are implemented there has to police personnel monitoring the places thr cctv and directly can punishing the violator by charging penalty. this process has to be implemented all over india local areas to be monitored by state govt and other areas like railway station, rail travel etc has to be monitored by central govt.

the state govt should take action against the violator for swachh bharat. first step is to educate people about it. this system will lack in rural area but we together have to educate people of rural as well as urban areas. secondly we should come up with underground drainage system all over let it be rural or urban area there should be under ground drainage system. thirdly to come up with public toilet as required. to come up with dustbin at footpaths, roads, lanes, parks, street food vendors

Under swachh Bharat, we should also clean up our police system. The main reason of corruption is, our police is not doing their task in proper way. There is a joke on indian Police, "Whenever any indian see the police cops, instead of getting relaxed they get tensed that Police came and they gonna trouble us" Police should work on their this sort of image.
