I am writing this to control pollution in and through trains. People drink tea,peel off bananas, eat oranges , etc and throw the waste cups,plates,paper simply through the window(in general and sleeper class) as they don't have an option. But for a change, If we provide them with a bin (attached to window)then many areas will be saved from pollution. There are many places where people don't live but trains do passby and people throw plastic materials outside, creating a dirty society.
