I hereby place my views with a belief that it will be valued and will effect change. I truly detest reservation as it is unfair to deny or award privileges based on birth. Lower castes need aid to stand up in the competitive society. Lower caste doesn't necessarily mean lower class. I find a large number of economically upward people utilizing Reservation. It doesn't reach the deserving poor. They receive subsidized education and end up enjoying hard earned taxpayers' money and work in US & UK.

There is a need to identify potential high achievers in above categories based on their academic/sports/creative performance and provide 100% scholarship for their future education needs in select reputed schools. One high end private school in each district be motivated to join campaign as part of Social Responsibility. This will ensure that potential and talent of highly motivated students is harnessed ensuring quality education to deserving students thus alleviating poverty.

copying and herd mentality is typical amongst children. what can be controlled is School Dress. Can we have a common school dress across all schools and colleges in the nation? Girls wearing old or unfashionable dresses are poked fun at. They are often called as "behenjis". this can be avoided by a common dress till Class 12th till they are children. Also instead of skirts, girls should wear kurta pyjama as per latest style and type. Young ones dont have the sense to carry and become victims.

To make education attractive, let it be designed so that every parent can see how the child is going to be professionally more prepared to earn with education rather than without it. But before it can happen, farmers suicides have to stop, migration to cities has to stop, & a solid social support system like in deveoloped nations has to come. A poor family finds a child more 'useful' in earning- when survival is at stake, free education & free meal for child are less meaningful for them.

We need education to think freely, more broadly & above our prejudices & selfish needs. All including minorities, females, specially abled children deserve get education at same level as a general child. Let them have this so 'general' children learn to be inclusive from start. For special requirements of differently abled, let 'general' students help their teachers in making clasroom inclusive for them. This is what we expect from adult society, let it start from classroom.
