The issue of social access and equity are far too complex. While the gaps in average enrolments between disadvantaged groups like SC, ST, Muslims, girls and Children with special needs and the general population have decreased, there is still a considerably large gap in learning levels with historically disadvantaged and economically weaker children having significantly lower learning outcomes. Large and growing learning gaps threaten the equity gains achieved on the enrolment front because children with lower levels of learning are more likely to drop out. We need to examine current interventions in bridging the gender and social gaps and identify focused strategies for effective inclusion.

It needs to mandate for all the schools and teachers for preparation, implementation and to maintain a separate plan like ‘Individualized Education Plan for Inclusive Classroom’ for each child with special needs for curricular and co-curricular subjects/skills. It will help to design an effective instruction, identify and select the supplementary aids and services for that particular skill or task

First stop running education as business, we can easily observe that congress and BJP both do this business, almost every college in there state are owned by MP, MLA of BJP or Congress. first we have to stop education as business, and open government colleges and schools. more than 1000 colleges open in Maharashtra and Gujarat but government college count is very poor. private colleges ask minimum 25 lacks for job at there college. this recruitment should be made by government only
