The issue of social access and equity are far too complex. While the gaps in average enrolments between disadvantaged groups like SC, ST, Muslims, girls and Children with special needs and the general population have decreased, there is still a considerably large gap in learning levels with historically disadvantaged and economically weaker children having significantly lower learning outcomes. Large and growing learning gaps threaten the equity gains achieved on the enrolment front because children with lower levels of learning are more likely to drop out. We need to examine current interventions in bridging the gender and social gaps and identify focused strategies for effective inclusion.

Many of the disadvantaged families are in poor condition. These children not come 2 school regularly and hence they lag behind in education. Some of the disadvantaged groups migrate for seasonal works. They take deir children along with them and hence their continuity in education breaks .Scholarships and incentives are to be given to marginalized groups. Getting social equality will bring equality in education also. I want to make a humble request to make digital stalking a heinous crime with imprisonment of up to 3 years. Stalkers should be treated like a heinous criminals with no windows and 24x7 camera surveillance. Technology makes it is easy for stalkers to get away with no public appearance making it difficult for citizens. Without initial strict regulations, stalkers can hamper not just personal lives but also the hope of a bright future
