First of all we have to impliment a circular to all ULB'S(muncipality) to change their street light from sodium vapour lamp to LED lamp . Last year we do a survey on this power saving. We named this project as ECO POWER SAVING TECHNOLOGY. if government of odisha will ready to pay 50 percent of a LED fitting we can change all the fitting. That 50 percent which is invested that can recover in 18 month. And another 18 month we can recover our investment.total we Provide a maintainance till 60 month

Housing for all and 24x7 power to all needs solar light without which these objectives cannot be achieved. 80 million Off grid house holds dependant on kerosene for lighting can be lighted only by solar panels , which needs to be assembled in MSME sector, after achieving self sufficiency in manufacturing Solar cells of high efficiency. It will also generate employment for 5 million and save 300 bn subsidy.

Government should promote energy efficient products(Without brand name) such as CFL or LED bulb through advertisements on major TV channels, YouTube and PM's Mann ki baat etc. Government can also promote production of Diwali style candles which will result in saving lots of wax.

First and foremost is, we should imbibe behavioral changes on children who are future of this country. Introduce study material in primary and secondary school on 'Why we need to save energy', 'How to save energy by changing our habits'(switch of appliances after use, use Diwali style candles in home during load shedding and not the sticks where all wax is wasted) etc. I wrote secondary school also because children tend to forget things which they do not hear repeatedly.

Light sensors should be used allover first in Govt. setups and promotion in public & private sectors. Advertising should be done door to door about energy saving. There is no limit set for usage of Electricity anywhere / any sector. It's like Rich person paying money and utilizing more energy than basic and poor people doesn't get it easily.
