Make suitable changes in building permit such that Approval of building plans for multistoreyed flat and buildings will be given to those who include at least half the energy efficient solar panel, bio gas plant, arrangements for the disposal of plastic wastes and other e-wastes. Give attractive offers to those who reduces their energy consumption. Give punishment to those who violate the laws.

SIR,
instead of developing cities and urban towns,we can make smart villages, provide them water for agriculture using water-linkage plan and independent power source using biogas(gobar gas) and solar&wind powers. we can provide free education and healthcare at every village with internet and avoiding people to migrate to cities and small town for jobs, and bring back people to settle in their village to live with pride and self-respect.so that we can continue their culture, heritage and history.

My 1st suggestion is to use Solar cell roof in Public Bicycle sharing system which is yet to be in operational mode in Bhopal. All the details are shared in PDF regarding its advantages, features etc. It will be a ecofriendly, smart initiative in which a road will itself generate electricity for its street polls.

sir,
first we had to appoint the honest people from the cities which had being selected for redevelopment and through them we had to make the chain of the people with areawise. so that people stay in that area know better what is the problem.
together government and public support redevelopment can be done smmothly

Currently under 25km/hr speed range, electric scooter and e-cycle are at same cost because fame subsidy is on escooter and not on e-cycle.Currently you have removed fame subsidy on mild hybrid vehicle. So the subsidy money which otherwise goes to car manufacturer, please diverted to e-cycle manufacturer. It will be great help. Give the subsidy on fully made e-cycle and not on the conversion kit. Please do it for the sake of nation.
