Dear PM ji namaste, sir my point is about encroachment of roads and footpath used by shopkeeper s and vendors. Sir the local police should have power to warn or to warn such offenders. The Police remain aloof against such nuisances. It looks like there's no governance functioning. Please make answerable these top brasses drawing salary in lakhs. Send them home prematurely without giving them promotions A younger person can do better job. Jaihind.

1.No entity or institution will risk getting their admissions lowered due to poor results. So it is useless to regulate fraudulent incompetent skill certification. 2.Better invest in employment areas and reform hiring process, like introducing practical examinations in combination with interviews and tests, to check his practical skills, instead of hiring based on certificates & written marks alone. 3.Give least importance to certificates, automatically quality will improve.
