The draft NBPP is aimed at improving the availability, accessibility, quality of books and readership. The draft NBPP has been made under the guidance of the National Book Promotion Council (NBPC) which is chaired by the Hon’ble Minister of Human Resource Development. The draft NBPP is being placed domain for inviting comments and suggestions from the general public.

आज हमारी संस्कृति बदल रही है लोग आज दुसरो की दी हुई किताबो को कम पसंद करते है लेकिन फिर भी समाज में अभी भी एक वर्ग है जो पुराणी किताबो से पढ़ने को मजबूर है। अतः उस आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के लिए छोड़ी हुई किताबे किसी वरदान से कम नही है। वैसे भी किताबे हमारे चरित्र का निरमाण करती है और हमे भी एक दूसरे के सहयोग में उन शिक्षाप्रद किताबो को किसी जरूरत मंद को दे देने से एक सुकून मिल सकता है और सहयोग भी हो जाता है। धन्यवाद श्रीकांत दुबे कानपूर

present education unto collage is waste of years , we failed to appoint good teacher & create good student, nothing comes in use in life from present syllabus ,history taught is manipulated , etc. we need to start from nursery school ,love to family & good way of life teaching with rastra prema , need to introduce true inspiring example of facts ,great person with logic to think for land. all related activities need to be taught with read and wright

हमारे देश में, परीक्षा का समय चल रहा है; बच्चे परीक्षा में व्यस्त हैं। परीक्षा के बाद, छात्रों को डेस्क से सभी किताबों को हटा दिया जाएगा और पास कर दिया जाएगा। अगले सत्र में उन्होंने नई कक्षा और नई कक्षा में प्रवेश लिया। पुरानी किताबें खसरा रद्दी ही रहेंगी। छात्र उन किताबों को कबाड़ नहीं बनाते हैं। उसे / उसे अन्य छात्र के लिए एक पुस्तकालय में दान करना चाहिए। उपयोगिता के अनुसार अन्य छात्र, जो इन पुस्तकों को पढ़ना चाहते हैं, वे पुस्तकालय के माध्यम से ज्ञान प्राप्त करने के लिए उपयोग और उपयोग कर सकते

In our country, the time for the examination is underway; the children are busy in the examination. After the exams, students will be removed all book from the desk and passed. In the next session he/she took admission in the new class and new class. The old books will remain measly junk. Students do not make junk to those books. He / She should donate them in a library for other student. In the result as per utility other students, who are seeking to read these books can be access and utilize

i think the system of education must be changed and the students should get the chance to study on their intrest basis and per example if i am poor in math then why should i study math after 10th if i wanna go for technology after
