MSME sector is a backbone of our country.it is regulated by an act.my view is to a clear policy has been framed to include all thing related to it.second any legal and related issue will be resolved in a fixed time.third a special tribunal has been drafted for resolve all issue .fourth a portal has been framed to registered all Msme trader.

MSMED is an act to regulate and administered msme sector.my view is to eligibility level will be fixed according to area wise and sector wise.second all system will be online for increase transparency and accountability for trader.

Indian post can create a new division in its department where only msme related products can be transported.
this can be new step but worth the try. it will also make Indian post more profitable, it's remote area reach will enable msme is villages to transport items.

govt can initiate this step where regular supplier msme providing materials to the govt bodies willbe given upfront 30% payment of total tender value.
this will create additional capital buffer to msme for timely supplying of materials.
this will create confidence in industry that govt has trust on our capabilities and our way of working.

tax filing process should not become burden for MSME businesses. try to simplify filing process.
govt can also release GST filing step wise process on official YouTube channel in form of short videos.
it will empower citizens to file taxes by themselves
