Aadhar Card Upload for PF**: Introduce a provision where employees can securely upload their Aadhar card details directly for Provident Fund (PF) purposes, without the need to submit physical copies to their employers. This ensures greater security and minimizes the risk of misuse.
Companies that do not have employee dats protection act can misuse employee data not have proper mechanisms to safeguard employee data.
MSME’s must create an employee data protection mechanism to ensure that employee data is not misused. Government should mandate that companies create such polices to safeguard employee data to the maximum

My suggestion is, Bring in a new corporate culture which is derived from our country (Indian corporate culture). This should be derived from Indian eternal knowledge such as Vedas, Upanishads, Mahabharata and Bhagvadgeeta. Also this has to be well rooted with Kautilya’s Arthashastra, Vidura’s Viduraneeti and Vishnusharma’s Panchatantra. Right from the uniforms or dress code of the employees till the products features everything should be Indigenous, regional and from this soil. We need to have ethics into business. We need to look into the business world such that, from all these drama of businesses whether the optimal balance of the society is maintained or not. Our own indigenous corporate culture should uphold that, only profiteering and productivity should not be the main goal of business. Instead maintaining the optimal balance of the society we live in through the business we do should be the main goal. This should be implemented in all kinds & levels of businesses of our India.
