Increase salaries of primary schools teachers so that people will see it as a good employment option and good talent will be attracted. Conduct CET for teacher selection every year so that young people will not hesitate while deciding to become a teacher. Crack down on schools which demand bribe from people for joining their school as teacher. I have seen this trend since my childhood and it is still continuing. Government should look into the matter pro-actively.

Private players in Education sector must be regulated with by Govt. with qualitative norms. Teachers engaged by private institutes must be qualified and trained to nurture the future citizens of India. If we can correct the education system in India,it will have multi layer effect in the society as a whole. Govt. expenditure must be increased in school level education. The qualitative education must not be made too expensive for common man.

As teachers are the backbone of the institution , they should be highly qualified and well trained . stresses must be given on the proper training of the teachers . No teachers should be given the responsibility of teaching without proper and sufficient training. Above all stress should be given on moral education of the teachers along with the students . Before adding any new policy adequate training related to the policy must be given to the teachers . SHASHI KANT CHOUDHARY S.V.M.
