Teachers play one the most important part in shaping a countries future and considered correctly it is ONE OF THE MOST UNDERATED SKILL and EXPLOITED. I would like to suggest: 1). Give incentives to teachers example loans, buying homes, tax benefits etc., this will attract talent and also assures they are recognized for there noble. 2). We need a law or an independent body to check teachers salary, experience, qualifications. 3). Specialized teaching courses for graduates level etc.

Government is conducting lot of training programs for sc/St, BC and economimcal backward classes. All these training programs to be put on youtube or Govt should open a website and make it self sustained like Youtube and put all its valuable content on it. In the age of It and mobile anybody who requires can access and listen and see and feel the education to their maximum understanding level. There are good radio programs which should be put to public access.

In today's highly competitive and materialistic world, it is very difficult to find good teacher for higher education as at every stage brilliant and committed people are picked by some other institution. To retain the brain in teaching, government must safeguard like providing remunerating but competitive fellowship at every stage and some sort of assurance for their job through fair selection etc.

focus. There is dire need to fix accountability. Teachers completing 5/10/15/20/25/30/30+ years of service should be be brought ob platform where their expertise in the respective field can be shared and utilised . Regulatory mechanism has completely failed to deliver.Simply paper work or suggestion wont work unless we firmly decide to give patient hearing to our TEACHING COMMUNITY.

These schools are also out of preview of RTE and in the name of quality education .there is mass exploitation of teachers and parents.
