Teacher can realy change the student.so keep good teacher in all schools

Teachers are the pillar of our nation.give the chance to showcase our teaching method by providing material and good syllabus

Give them repect chance and good salary.

I am Bsc.b.ed not have anywork.i cannot work 9 hours to get 6000.i have studied 18 years but getting what 6000.this is conditions if teachers.but b.tech are getting 50000.than why we choose this profession.sir do something for teacher

To develop best teachers the management must give awards to best teachers based on their performance and their friendly rapport with their students. Some teachers are very strict and look tough. They must realise that they were also students. They must move with students in friendly way and teach many moral stories. A best teacher can produce many responsible citizens.They must help a needy student by taking special care. They should not concentrate only on bright students.

I visited the Chennai campus of NITTTRC and also met the director of institute. This body trains every faculty who teaches in professional colleges in higher education field. I found that in the 5 days training that's included, only subjective skill training is provided. There are no soft skills development, stress reduction techniques, pressure handling techniques training which faculty receives.today faculty need to be inspiring. Hope this gets included in training facilities.

teachers should get better service conditions and standard of life in terms of carrier. Government must ensure that talented people come to this field and they must be encouraged to retain in teaching services.. Since 1986 (1992) education policy All the states have sTarted exploiting teachers in Various ways, which resulted adversely on quality of teachers. This must be stopped and improved.

Though it is a noble service, it should be further improvised. The best teachers should attend the class taken by other teachers in whose class pass percentage is less, and they should educate those teachers and vice versa. when this will happen then 100% pass is certain. Teachers should be motivated first and not as book worms. Previously teachers will say good moral stories to students and a separate periods were there but now no such things, hence the value of life is getting worsen.

Once our teachers were creamy layer of our society, now that creamy layer moved to docs, engineers,beurocrats leaving low standard people to teaching faculty. Govt should take steps to attract or retain that creamy layer by equalising their salaries to other professional jobs and giving more importance and respect by encouraging them to participate in policy making &building of nation

Money alone cant develop and inspire teachers to outperform in there profession, personal social and skillful attitude & determination is a must. but after have been identified them with these qualities we should spend more resources in monitoring and training of such teachers/ individuals through rigorous and thoughtful training. there social security, recognition and contentment level should be taken care of from time to time.
