This job should be on voluntary basis . Those who want to serve for another 2 to 5 years can take up this job . A trial run for 5 10 schools can be started with this system . I am sure this can work out in a positive way. Beneficial for both , to Education system from their management expertise and to retiring officials to do some volunteer and respectable job for the society.

These officials should work under PMO and can work without any greed and corruption and actually work for the development of education level at grass root levels . At this age most of the people want to gain some respect in the society and because they have administrative experience , they can make a change to the education system.

Government schools in villages are in very worst conditions. I saw this while working in installation of toilets under Swach Bharat Abhiyan in Bihar. there is No Management , Teachers do not come to teach. There is some sense of corruption too. I have a view on this : Government officials who are in administrative jobs and are about to retire , if they have given an opportunity to manage schools nearby their home town. It should be a option to choose for them.

युवा 10 + 2 के बाद सीधे शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में आये ।सरकार को पूरे देश में एक समान शिक्षक चयन प्रक्रिया लागू करना चाहिए ।जिसमें प्राथमिकता के साथ वी एल एड की अनिवार्यता की जाय ।शिक्षा को वैकल्पिक कैरियर न बनने दिया जाए ।

समस्या प्राथमिक शिक्षा से शुरू होती है --10+2 के बाद प्रत्येक युवा अपने लिए अच्छे कैरियर का चयन करता है जैसे चिकित्सा, यांत्रिकी, न्याय, वाणिज्य, कम्प्यूटर, उच्च शिक्षा आदि इस दिशा में सफल होने या असफल होने पर वह अच्छे वेतन के अलावा जवाबदेही कम होने के कारण शिक्षा का क्षेत्र चुनता है ।जहां वह अपना सौ फीसदी नहीं देता है ।यह भी देखा गया है कि एसे युवा बाद में भी अच्छे अवसर की तलाश में लगे रहते हैं ।उनका मन और मस्तिष्क बच्चों को सिखाने को तैयार नहीं रहता है । सही कार्य यह होगा कि 10 +2 के बाद युवा

As far as the Primary Education is concern our education system and The syllabus what we taught in the primary schools are not up to the mark to build the Nation what we want in future. The best part is to include our religious mythology, thoughts and the beliefs in the syllabus in at the primary education leval. But for teaching that we require capable and good Character of teacher. So teacher education must include such portions in the syllabus at NCTE / NCERT / Or at University leval.
