Let the teachers of best quality be created in our country which seems to be feasible only when hard training is being given to them from the very inception. But unfortunately, this is not being done as to become a teacher is considered to be the last aim of most of the students. Hence, the profession should be promoted by making the same more competitive which is possible when copying is totally banned in the exams. and subjective papers/questions are also introduced in place of MCQs only.

i am a teacher and over the years i have seen even KV students of 8th class dont know 2nd class maths and science. how they manage to pass is that teachers tell them imp. questions in a sub. like maths.NO-RETENTION policy is a MAJOR FAILURE. augumenting powers of principal can do some good. DRASTICALLY need a system to have best recruited teachers, children may help in this for sure, may engage private players.ICT enabled systems can help, which private schools are doing.

Dear Modi Ji our parents are the first teacher and taechers are the second parent ,we have learned but the Mid Day Meal system in school should be outsorced to third party and teachers should be freed from managing this and they shoul be instructed to concentrate in giving teachings only to studens. As the value of education is reducing when the Govt ofIndia lunched this programme. As all the teachers are engaged in management mid day meal rather than teaching.

These days people are doing B.Ed, M.ED, TET etc courses to get teachers job in government schools because of good salary, less working hours & leaves in compare to other sectors. Government need to recruit (Final selection) on the basis of interview because many people have proper qualification but do not have the good skills to teach somebody. There should be a biometric system in government schools to record the attendances of teachers like private sectors.
