Compulsory B.ed degree rule for teachers in Govt schools Should be ruled out in some cases, As there are many in our country with good educational degree like M.tech , Btech , who want to teach in school and secure permanent job but bcoz of the rule they cannot.

01) Job creation for many as in india ratio of (B.Tech and M.tech holders are mostly unemployed)
02) Quality of education in secondary schools increase.

. Some people may also say that the per head cost and therefore fees will also increase. But the burden of extra fees (even if double) will be offset by no need of tuitions (when students get individual attention and quality education in school) as most of the parents spend 2-5 times more on tuitions compared to school fees.

There should not be more than 20 students in a class if we expect teachers to provide individual attention and quality education to students.
