Only persons with natural inclination towards teaching should be selected for this job.Teaching positions should not be dumping grounds for retrenched persons from other departments.There should not be any compromise with the quality of teachers on the basis of caste,class,gender, or religion as this kind of compromise may produce a chain of weaker generations.There must be continuous training programs for selected teachers.Contract,part-time,ad-hoc system of appointment must be abolished.
