while a Professor in a very good Institution is paid the most. "WHY". Only because he/she is a PhD and a Teacher in Nursery is just a graduate or may be XII. Truely speaking it should be VICE-VERSA. Because a Teacher in Nursery is given a Child to teach or may be in correct words a considerable piece of CLAY to mould. She is the one, the first person who moulds a innocent, beautiful child into a GOOD, BONAFIDE citizen of INDIA. While a PhD Professor is already getting finished product to teach.

I think we should think in that line. Secondly, Students are getting diverted or may be forced towards taking private TUITIONs. "WHY". Because Teachers in their Schools are either Inefficient, Careless towards teaching, Not trained with latest technology or may be not PAID correctly to the effort that they are putting towards this profession. If one sees the basic scenario of Salary for Teachers in India, you will find that a Teacher teaching in NURSERY is paid the least..

In our country, if you ask any youth what he wants become in his future, he will say DOCTOR/ENGINEER/MANAGER/etc, but not TEACHER. We, in our country should try to boost our children to take teaching as their profession because it is the NEED OF THE HOUR. In India, we have very good Nurseries/Schools/Institutions but do we have good/renowned B.Ed/M.Ed Colleges. The Answer would be "NO". Do we have any good/renowned INDUSTRIAL TRAINING INSTITUTEs for TEACHING profession. The Answer would be "NO".

the SOCIETY in which we live. Today the level of Education at Schools/Colleges are day by day falling down. The main reason for degradation is lack of QUALITY EDUCATION which a child should get at each stage of his life. Now every field has become commercialized. Peoples, may be it Doctors/Engineers or any other profession, are only after earning faster money in short time. The first approach to have a BETTER QUALITY EDUCATION is to produce GOOD Teachers.

A Childs first teacher is his/her Mother then Father then School/College Teachers and last but not the least
