teachers councils for all categories should be created like primary teachers,high school,10+2,degree,technical,teacher education,medical etc.registration should be given in stages based on performance in training at different levels.grading should be provided and pay scales,increments and promotions should be linked.Consciousness development should be provided through spiritual organizations.Health,nutrition,fitness,life skills,communication and presentation skills,edu.technology updates given.
