Next thing to do is to ban contractualisation in teaching profession. Ensure by law that all teachers must be on payroll of the institution and establish their sense of belongingness. This can certainly bring value to their existence and their quality is bound to increase manifold. Remove the prevailing myth that they are the All-knowing being and establish that they are the prime catalyst in the making of a true citizen.
