Under pan city, restrict vehicles of all forms except bicycle at paltan bazaar. Make stand for e-rickshaws near ambedkar statue or mdda parking for people to commute in paltan bazaar street. Fix points (eg- every 20mtrs) and fares for stoppage. Start this as a pilot project and if successful add to other congested areas as well.

The fast depleting green cover of Dehradun must be preserved at every cost. Development and conservation can go hand in hand. The greenfield option seems like quite a good option MINUS the usurping of the tea gardens. There's plenty of land on the outskirts of Dehradun that can be earmarked for development. Spare the last of green stretches of tea gardens. We ought to think of preserving the heritage of our town as well that gives Dehradun it's unique character. Stop cloning cities.

Please make the registering and voting process more user friendly. It's taken me more than half a day and many emails and calls to mygov.in officials to finally register my choice and vote. Many people do not have that kind of time to cast a vote and therefore there is talk of the voting being rigged!
Also I've noted that early in he morning the greenfield option showed 75% votes cast in its favour, now I see 71%votes in favour of the same. I am intrigued as to how has that happened.

Vote Group 4 but w/out Tea-garden 4 new city,Development of Old city is needed 4 d present with amendments in Master Plan & buildg Bye-laws (avoid multi-meanings) without which whole exercise may go futile. Retrofitting /Redevelopment with Toilets every 2 KM on roads, dustbin & drinking water for passer-bye. Buildings over 50 yrs old needs retrofitting without any MDDA hassle. Proposed Roads needs factual requirement/located/demarcated.Similarly provisions of byelaws be based on facts
