I have seen school students running their bike, moped very fast and dangerously now these students are loving ones to their families and are important asset for developed India and in such situation it is not good to loose them in unexpected accident and so government should make compulsory for students proper cycling which is adopted in foreign countries also and if students are residing far away try to make some facilities,

Waste management: invite young entrepreneur in this area and the problem can be resolve using bio gas plants. Separate bio and non biodegradable wastes so that some can get recycled and reused.
