GIS (Geospatial technologies) need special emphasis. GIS and Remote Sensing being ultimate products of space technology were and are a prime focus area which even the current PM has passionately supported and encouraged. National GIS MMP draft policy was mentioning setting up of INGO (Indian National GIS Organization) and an MHRD Task Force in its draft report has mentioned the GIS resource requirements for India, including for National GIS initiative, in the next five years. Details follow

Part III – Due to two child pampered norm observed by most of us in India; reluctance to work with hands exists even in categories like Engineering Degree holders where field operations are involved. Every parent, youngster aspirant wants a white collar office job. Employment in Armed Forces; as also skilled artisan category like masons, carpenters at Rs.800/day are avoided. This attitudinal problem has to change. It is parents, society which needs education in this regard. Let us do it together

Part II - Unfortunately job positioning in private sector and public sector is wonky. Public Sector Banks specify 10th Standard fail for job of sweeper have carried on with this qualification mismatch for last 30 years. Sweeper's job is unskilled category therefore should have been left for those who have not received education or have shown inclination for it. 10th Standard failed recruit would be a thorn in the Public Sector establishment due to failed ambitions. Such mismatches must end.

Part I Most aspirants are pushed by their parents for job expectations beyond what the aspirant can perform or achieve. From each according to his or her capacity, competence, capability the job matrix should be able to direct towards compatibility between aspirations and actual possible achievement on the job. The armed forces officers selection involves GT-2 Psychiatrist clearance that the candidate has the right aptitude to be an Officer and a Gentleman; otherwise he is rejected.

Career Counseling - Essential to create Indian Career Counseling Programmes and Aptitude Tests. Current generation of American and European imported Career Counselling Programes and Aptitude Tests do not work for Indian people and families. I have created original Indian Career COunselling Programme. How do I volunteer?

When women are equal to men in all spheres there is no need for any reservation for them in any field I/c parliament. It is absurd to provide them reservation in parliament when there is no reservation in education & jobs for them.Let people enter parliament on MERIT so that we do not have mediocre parliament.
