Prevention is better than cure, but most of the doctors stay in their clinic/hospital. There is a need to introduce a new job role to work on prevention. This problem was highlighted by Thomas Edison. Check my work - http://wp.me/p3dJz1-bC

Career Centres should be developed such that they deliver specially skilled workers as per the market demands or deliver entrepreneurs that can kick-start their own enterprise. It shouldn't just turn into another under-performing government institution.

Energy Conservation:
Structural designs of Power Distribution poles is outdated making it fragile causing frequent breakdowns and replacement after moderate winds or rains. New materials and strong structures are available but being ignored may be due to vested interests of Steel lobby.
The space occupied by DP structures or pole supports are occupying valuable urban space while compromising on road / human safety. This can be improved by proven products and technology used globally.

Indian Railways.
RDSO at Lucknow being nodal agency to give most technical inputs on operations and infra, needs to be more professional and efficient. The design and interiors of coaches, wagons are much behind the global standards. They are very to slow in adopting new designs and trends in many aspects of Rly infra. For proposed Bullet Trains RDSO needs to be upgraded and updated. The staffing pattern is mostly dumped by undesired / unwilling stuff from field operations.Needs thorough review.

Each career / skill development center must have these things: 1. High-speed internet 2. Sports facility 3. Permanent exhibition center in its premise, highlighting & educating on various career options 4. Bio-toilets / modern sanitation facilities, energy/water-efficient gadgets & fixtures 5. Medium of instructions should be the regional language 6.Courses for school drop-outs who don't have class VIII certificates. 7. Retraining courses for out-of-work adults.

Career centers need to be set up in every district and a connecting desk needs to be set up in every tehsil and all of them needs to be connected via a central system like USA where companies can post human resource requirements and candidates matching those requirements are supplied which will decrease HR cost of companies and help find talent faster and create jobs.
