the job market practices such a flaw precedent before appointing the new talents in which ever stream they count for experience which should be checked perhaps relaxed. how could you expect a fresh graduate to present experience in performance and contribute to any form of industry, the government should seriously brain storm on prejudices of industry for hiring the candidates with experience which is rotating the head counts than giving fresh minds opportunity to contribute in nation building.

Career centers should be in every school, colleges for the students who completed their education in the same institute. This types centers should simply provide guidance to the students about what will next career options for them, jobs opportunities etc.according to their skills, score of academics and all over capacity. We can give name for this types of centers as DISHA means direction or way as it will show direction to every kind of student including average students also.

Honorable PM, pls make the job opportunities to the poor people also by analysing family income. Bcoz nowadays the rich people got job by recommendations and by their background. But talented poor graduates are dominated by rich people in job opportunities. Rich people get richer but poor people get poor.Normal poor background graduates wont get a single job opportunity.. As one of the poor graduate, i shared my own feelings with u.. Job opportunities are equal for all&not only for rich people

Planning to live in a good and one of the elite places in delhi, i rented a flat in Masoodpur, vasant kunj. Vasant Kunj is regarded as one of the porch areas of New Delhi but still the place where i rented my flat i.e. Masoodpur dairy, there are still no roads in that area and it becomes so difficult especially during the rains. kindly look into it.

Based on our experience, we felt that there are no career counseling centers even in reputed colleges and high schools. Using our experience we have come out with few suggestions in setting up career counseling centers as well as sustaining them in the long run
