1)Black money in circulation creates inflation as when there is too much money chasing too few goods, the net result is inflation. But not all black money are in circulation. As black money hoards the holder normally invests it in real estate i.e., land. Centre should take initiative and ask the State Governments to go through the land records. The Registrars for land should be asked to identity each plot of land as to its ownership. This work can be outsourced.

2) The owners both address proof and photo identity proof should be verified. If ancestral property the legal heir should be able to prove it. If he cannot in a stipulated time, the land should be taken over by Government. If proved benami, no doubt it has to be taken over. A list should be made and anybody holding more than a stipulated area of land should also be taken over by Government.

3)All such land coming under Government possession can be utilized for development purpose or used for rehabilitation of displaced persons. There are lots of evicted persons in Kerala who are still homeless this land can be utilized for them. This will in any way prove better than evicting poor people and rendering them homeless.

To create Fiscal Space, majorly 3 things needs to be done: Additional revenue generation, Lowering expense, getting grants. Additional Revenue generation: Turn more domestic airports to international airports and even increase number of domestic airports and sell ( / commercialize) airport space. Make those airports tax-free shopping enabled for "Made in India" products or items. This will create not only additional revenue but also contribute to develop many industries locally.

hi sir, i belongs to poor family and i have max time in my village. sir our politicians are promising many things but they are not doing that activity in real. That hurts us. i like people not demanding any thing for us, but do for our country. Freedom fighters lost life for country, but instead of that our politicians live to increase wealth of their own not working hard but taking publics money pls stop that. mot of villagers has stopped cultivation because of no income and high wage rates.

Respected Sir This is to bring to your kind notice regarding price hike of coconuts. The cost has increased five times compared to previous years. The actual cause for this is the coconut is sold before it completely ripes.Due to this the cost of coconut oil, ropes and the products which can be made of coconuts are also increasing. This can impair our economy. There are so many problems which really require your kind attention..It would be a great favour if you allow me to meet you personally....
