India is among 51 countries to sign the “Rome Declaration” on “Achieving Self-sufficiency in Safe Blood and blood products based voluntary non-remunerated donation”. Blood is an intrinsic requirement for health care and proper functioning of the health system. National AIDS Control Organization under Department of Health and Family Welfare has been primarily responsible for ensuring provision of safe blood for the country since 1992. National Blood Policy 2003 reiterates firmly the government’s commitment to provide safe and adequate quantity of blood, blood components and blood products.

However, in India, a needy patient or his relatives have to run from pillar to post in search of blood and the onus of procurement of blood still lies with the patient and not with the service provider.

Suggestions are invited on how to develop a nationally coordinated and well networked blood transfusion service in the country and reach 100% voluntary blood donation to enable us to meet the global goal of self sufficiency in blood and blood products.

Check on the mental and emotional health of children right from the early age is very important. My suggestion would be to compulsorily have a counselor or a psychotherapist at all schools and every student irrespective of whether they are facing any issues have to go for a session of 1 hour a week with the school counselor so that their mental and emotional health is checked on a continous basis.

The national Institutes of ICMR/CSIR are without Director/ Heads. The institutes are ruled by retired Re-appointed FaC Heads. The Committees of these institutes are governed by the above 65 years age old persons. These appointments made during the corrupt Congress minister’s regime. The present concerned Ministers are following the same foot steps to encourage corruption, which will hamper your image of corruption free India. Review this situation.

CANCER IS BECOMING COMMON DISEASE DAY BY DAY AND MEDICINES ARE NOT STILL AFFORDABLE EVEN TODAY AT MANY PLEASES : Non availability of Cancer medicines and infant vaccines at affordable prices , so that essential vaccines and vaccines are available to all who need the same. can government can provide the support in this area to needy people like us who can understanding the need serve the society in the best possible way.I myself faced a lot because of these two problems.

Crowd Sourcing. Develop a mobile / web application, which would enable micro communities to interact - this would be done through GPS. So, me as a Volunteer would sign-up on the platform and provide necessary details about my Blood Group, etc. The details will be stored in the app. If a resident within 2 kms is in urgent need for blood - she will mention the required Blood Group type and press the distress button on the app. The app will send a msg to both of us with both of our contact numbers.

Educate Builders so called rich people of India to care about the health of labours and build a proper livable area for them till the building is completed . Its a shame for builders how their labour lives in shanties and defecate in open . Post a hefty fine if they the so called ****** don't do anything on this front as they earn a huge profit from selling flats or bungalows .

Educate people and make India healthy. Previous Governments of India are not given importance to Educate people for their own benefits. We have subjects like Mohammad Ghajani, Tippu Sultan in schools , but don't have the subjects like discipline, Cleaning, Health for primary children. We have poor and corrupted health department. They are giving licence for money to various food factories. and not taking actions against dangerous and dirty food makers.
