make all month pass daily pass more attractive at reasonable cost at that too admissible under all services within particular city eg in delhi that pass can be used in all public transport such as DTC all buses blue red orange green along with metro and local trains

for public transport make it mandatory they can carry only passengers limited to actual seats thus no overcrowding allowed for that govt should ensure sufficient amount of buses metros rails etc

govt should rest maintenance of roads, rails, metros, footover bridges, highways etc with manufacturing company for the period of 10 year any repair or damage during this period must be done by that company without any cost that can ensure quality and reliability of public property and money

road inside colonies must be laid down by collective effort of resident and appropriate funding must be provided for that and responsibility to protect it must reside with resident any subsequent repair must be done with collection so that people can understand their responsibility towards maintenance of provided infrastructure
