Telecom operators are not taking calls drops seriously. I live in Jadhavwadi, Chikhali Pimpri Chinchwad area where connectivity is very poor... I am not able to access Internet with the speed promised by the operator for which I paid full amount as per their tariff charges... So Operators should provide qualitative services or refund customers where they are not able to do so.

Transparency in (tariff) communication is not only relevant to ensure consumers benefit from access to critical information regarding a product/service but also to maintain and increase competition intensity,” said Trai in its paper issued Wednesday, adding that while “it has enlarged the scope of forbearance through tariff regulation over the years, it has continuously provided “safeguards to protect consumer interests”.

It is essential to change the number of cell phone connections to another company. The current practice is to replace the SIM card. There is no need to change the SIM card if TRAI creates a master SIM card. It is better if the customers only change the service providers. If the Master SIM card is issued by TRAI or the Central Telecommunication Department it is very good. Consumers, Network Service Providers and Telecommunications Department can consult and make a final decision on Master SIM Card
