As you are aware that more than 50% consumers of Mobiles are not fully aware of cheating practices of the Operators for charging for Value Added Services. Just simple deducting the balance of the users they are providing value added services even without asking by the consumers. I am fully aware of mobiles, even though I have many times have to fight for refund but not successful in many cases. You have to design a foolproof system for any value added services and also Data services as many not

1. Yes ,it better if tarrif voucher of mobile, landline, internet packs ,and DTH services validity period of 30 days instead of 28 days as many person had suggested her ....think about customer convenience too with company revenue generation policies . 2. There is very humble request .... please extend submission date for 7-10 days more , if it can be done....we like too share some more suggestions ....as brief information is provided by your ends . Some how if we can slight reduction in the tariff, may we get support from our people hindu, because I was heard from our friends, and don't back from CAA and NRC: And eliminate from voter list, & identify as refugees, after implementing CAA& NRC they have to pay for living in India. Jai hind:
