Vodaphone and Airtel have not only raised their tarrif charges unreasonably but at the same time withdrew many facilities and quality of the services of mobile calls and internet have also gone down miserably. They are behaving like the TELECOM MAFIAS.

I'm more interested in seeing a consortium of telecom service providers and an inter ministerial work group sitting together to sort out the quality of services ... region by region and circle by circle ... this would not just make the end users happy but also help bring out factual issues; the ones that are hurting the yellow and the govt both.
