I scrolled through the details PDF most of it's content was official and not processed enough for a common citizen to consume. I was looking for data like: How Radio is trying to reinvent in current times what are the possible applications in the era of smart phone, internet and video/audio on demand? otherwise we may set a price but buyers may not turn up. Note: While asking suggestions from citizens we must provide with context in much simpler format.

Estimation of reserve prices for auction of FM channels has taken revenues related ingredients but have ignored the interests of major stakeholders- listners. The socially Obligatories services required from such channels have not been appropriately placed under mandatory conditions via-a -vis commercial benefits accruing to the owners of such channels. Social auditing of reserve prices, if not done, may please be undertaken before finalization of reserve prices.

To encourage development of local media talent and local entertainment options , networking of channels should be limited. in cities where there are no takers, it should be given to the local university free of licence fee to be operated by students/department of Mass Communications on revenue sharing basis.

Licensees should operate from B/C class towns. Should broadcast in multiple languages. Should provide for scheduling Q&A session with Govt Babus related to "Ease of living". Should encourage debates on Govt initiatives. All these + entertainment

Sometimes it creates problem like music sound is loud then more accident happened. Sometimes ago FM radio is only a instrument which provide not only music but also news provider for each and every person.....
