The current provision of Telecommunication Tariff (46th Amendment) Order, 2008 mandates the Telecom service providers to provide hard copy of bill to its post paid subscribers of mobile and landline service free of cost. However, if any customer opts for receipt of the bill through e-mail, instead of hard copy, the service provider can supply the same after obtaining explicit consent from the subscribers.

TRAI has received representations from the Telecom Service Providers and their associations, MPs and MLAs to review extant provisions of sending printed bills to post paid users of mobile and landline services amid changing mobile usage relating to cutting of trees for paper used in printing phone bills.

However, since consumers form an important segment of stakeholders on this issue, it has therefore, been decided by the Authority to hold a public consultation to have views of all the stakeholders, in the matter so that a holistic approach could be adopted to address this important issue. For TRAI, consumer’s interest remain an issue of prime importance and remains committed to safeguard their interest.

A copy of consultation paper is attached herewith for your kind perusal with a request to offer your valuable feedback on the issue.

प्रधान मंत्री मैं आपके चरणों मे प्रणाम मैं बिहार से हू मेरे इस जिले में कोई स्कूल में अच्छी व्यवस्था नही है ना ही कम्प्यूटर लैब है और नाही कमरा और आपलोग कहते है शिक्षा सुधार होइ है कहाँ हूई हमको बताये और नही कोई शौचालय है हम लोग क्या करे और बड़ा होकर कोई कंपनी में जाने पर मैट्रिक और इंटर का सर्टिफिकेट मांगता है और कहता है सब की बिहार वाले पढा लिखा नही होते हमलोग क्या करे इस बात पर जरूर गौर करे । धन्यवाद

Today, almost Everyone have access to Mobile and then their Pre-enabled Gmail!! "So the Most Rational solution can be to send their bills on their Email id". Apart from it, today the Information and Technology have grown up so much in our country that We could see our all Utilities Bills with fingertips with the help of so many wallets available today!!

The option to receive telecommunication service provider's post paid bills via post should be an option given to consumer.

need to update app's , and start activations mandatary from apps , once its starts from app's provide full facilities, and make it mandatry and provide rewards on paper less bill(e bill) need to provide all the facilities like plan changing, address Chang, complaint booking, e bill activation ect.

मेरा एक सुझाव है कि समस्त प्रकार की क्लीनिक जैसे होम्योपैथिक, आयुर्वेदिक, योगा, यूनानी, सिद्धा , एलोपैथी एवं अन्य का क्लीनिक रेजिस्ट्रेशन ONLINE कराया जाए जिसका link आप चाहे तो डॉक्टर के रेजिस्ट्रेशन एवं आधार से Link कर सकते है जिससे कि सारे डॉक्टरों के क्लीनिक का रेजिस्ट्रेशन बिना भागदौड़ के आसानी से रेजिस्ट्रेशन हो जाएगा और झोलाछाप डॉक्टरों से समाज को छुटकारा मिलेगा । इस प्रकार की सेवा को जल्दी ही शुरू करने का आग्रह करता हूँ आपसे । धन्यवाद

Pm सर नमस्ते सर मैने पहले भी आप को लिखा था कि up के कानून ब्यवस्था पर जरा ध्यान दे ,बहोत ही दयनीय हालत है आप चाहे तो इसकी जाँच अपने तरीके से करा ले यहाँ के पुलिस थाने कोई जाता है कम्पलेन करने तो पुलिस सिकायत दर्ज नही करती तकरीबन चार महीने पहले मेरे घर पर चोरी हुई थी जिसकी रिपोर्ट मै आज तक नही लिखा पाया जिसकी सिकायत हमने CM हेल्पलाइन पर भी दर्ज कराई थी दसियो बार CM कार्यालय से मुझे फोन आया कि सम्बंधित अधिकारी को आप की सिकायत फार्वरड की गई है कुछ कार्यवाही होगी तो आप को बतायेगे मेरे पास एक सुझाव ह

1. Since 2 yrs BSNL is sending me eMail Bills, as per my acceptance. In cases where bills need to be submitted for Official purposes a copy thru DigiLocker could be thought of especially for consulting personnel who may require to show proof of communication to their principals. Other than these people for Mobile phones Paperless is possible. But for Laandline phones, unless it is linked with mobile number, it may not be be possible to send eBills. In such cases Recycled paper could be used.

the best way to do away with Bill is one person one phone one pay, prepaid, save paperwork save money save complications, ie competition scheme, un paid bills. so why to give such options. one aadhar one phone one bank ac one pan one atm all linked all
