In all such houses they have dry latrines which means due to lack of water they are doing this nuisance.Water should be provided to them free and toilets should be built free by government. Each sewage tank built by govt on public land should be linked to ten or twelve such toilets in such mohallahs.

The poor people who don't have sanitised latrines have no land to build latrines. Every mohallah should have community latrines with bath facility for males and females separately.

Sir, please liberalise some rules for common public also. Even for petty works in gvt offices one has to pay bribe. For depositing water bills employees ask comn public why minimum ceiling of water not consumed. On one side slogans r displayed to save water n other hand on saving water minimum ceiling is taught.

...Apart from the two solution provided in the below comments,I would like to bring into light that NSKFDC has been in function since 1997.there efforts r appreciated but the progress is very slow.the expenditures made by NSKFDC for inspection and visiting the location of beneficiaries are covered under administrative expenditure.Nskfdc should be pro-active and employ people who can continuously visit the ground reality instead of depending on SCAs. dont depend on states, employ dedicated people.

Self-emplmnt venture can be started with the loan prov by NSKFDC and SCA's. The other side which we need to focus are the people who r using the services of scavengers.Strict penalty should be used to deal with those who r using the services of MS.Apart from this, there is a need to educate the society dat this practice should be curbed and the MS r a part of our society.dey r untouchables. It is d right of every citizen to exercies their fundamental rights and they should not be deprived of this.

Awareness is the key to change the thought process of the people. There are two sides which we have to deal with. One r d scavengers themselves who have to be identified in a transparent manner and for this, the role of NSKFDC AND SCA'S become really important.Apart from providing the initial cash assistance of rs.40000 and the later incentives, these beneficiaries should be migrated from their initial place to some other city so that they can start self-employment venture.......

Modiji,Great works are being done for the development of India.I have something to say related to banks in India,we are in a country where education loan interest rates are higher than interest rate of car loan. There are many common people who repay loan with so much of hardship.while on the other hand, there are many even business icons who don't repay the loans.Does that mean the one who repays the loan are been taken granted ? I humbly request you to please look into such issues. Thanks !!
