Constraints: Begging mafias, employment opportunities, weak social security for disabled and old citizen, low will power on the government side, social structure and religion. How to get rid of beggary: Rehabilitation centers run by NGOs or private hands. Skill development in children of beggars. Vocational training to the beggars, thereafter financial support for starting business. Awareness among citizen can help to overcome beggary problem. I would like to devote my life for beggars.

Respected PM. I am a strong supporter of BJP & RSS. As its now almost 6 months since you have been in office, your constant appeals on issues like "Swach Bharat" should now be coupled with stringent punishments for those who litter India.

Hi Gov team, I have a suggestion regarding LPG usage. We have been allotted 12 cylinders per year. But due to my effective utilization of the gas, I use less than 12 cylinders per year. Hence I request you to give some concession for those who do less and effective usage of LPG cylinders. This will be really helpful and motivate effective utilization of any resource. Thanks, Latha.

There is a story of King Nriga in Bhagvat Purana. The story reflects one should be aware of 2 things before donating:What to Donate, Whom to donate.Since, we are not all-knowing so we can't know what to donate and whom to donate and at the end by donating money we are not doing any alms-deed rather encouraging the criminals who have made begging a business. Solution to this is:1. People should stop donating to beggars. 2. Govt. should engage these beggars with planting/ farming/ cleaning etc.

Provide a rehabilitation centre for skill development in each city. And the hotline to this center should be advertised. When beggars come, citizens can call this hotline and these beggars should be picked up by police. This act itself will desist them from going begging anywhere. Also, when these skill centers are advertised the website can provide a list of needs and citizens can contribute to this effort in cash and kind to support these centers. I'm sure very soon beggary will be eradicate

Dear Sir,People have become habitual of bagging and even people giving them money encourage bagging. When criminal in Tihar Jail can be encouraged for the development work why cant the beggars.Gov should initiate a program for tree plantation and only beggars should be given job in that.Beggars earn lot in some main streets and big racket is working on it.Awareness and advertisement needs to be initiated by the Gov.

Sir It is heard that Beggary is business for some Goons. They seem to engage the beggars and earn commissions. Public can expose such goons and police should also be made to deal with it seriously. NGO's can help the physically fit beggars to get work as domestic servants or some jobs in business houses. The beggar refusing a work is to considered as a crime and this is to be made understandable for them. People promoting Swachh Bharath can take their help and help them in return.
