Respected PM, beggary is becoming a nuisance in India. The main constraints in eliminating beggary are the lack of employment opportunities, education, but most importantly the lack of will for hard work. They have adapted lifestyle of begging. All the opportunities, help given to them won't give results until they change their mindset. They must be forcefully rehabilitated, educated and provided jobs to earn their bread. They must be taught to give up their lazy lifestyle.

Respected PM, beggary can only be abolished by changing the mindset alongwith strict rules. Proper rehabilitation centers must be constructed to first change the begging mindset. Then those people should be analysed and trained accordingly under skill development initiative. They should be helped to start their own enterprise through hard work for earning. Easy n cheap loans must be provided. Proper watch should be kept that they stay away from begging in future.

When there shortage of low level labourers, it is difficult to imagine that a moderately healthy man or woman have go for begging. Therefore, it becomes either habit on part of few people since it becomes a source of easy money instead of manual work or they become part of an unorganised sector for collecting money. Two prong approach suggested is i) People should be discouraged to give money to moderately healthy people ii) law should allow only handicapped to go for begging as last resort.
