India is having a large pool of senior citizens with very rich and long experience in their fields of activities. Many of them are able bodied & can contribute immensely to society. Many of them are highly qualified & economically comfortable. These Senior persons my be roped in on voluntary or on honorarium to train our emerging young generation & contribute for the skill development at a very reasonable cost to Gov. Corporates engaged by Gov. for skill developments should enroll them

There is no constraints for the Govt to ban begging. As tourism is one of major industry, the beggars give a bad image. Open annadhana counters at all religious places as in the earlier periods. Those who needs food should be provided free food through that counters. Currently beggars accepts only money. Their income goes for drugs and liquor. Begging is to banned.

Beggary has been a part of India for a long time now , sudden elimination of beggary is hard but if the government takes an initiative , nothing is impossible. Taking a rough percentage of the people below the poverty level and then seeing to that all these people Which we find on the roads and streets begging have a property identity as a citizen on the country. Providing them with food and sanitation facilities and also educate all the children in this category would help I. Elimination slowly

Expenditure Management Commission: The IT department can reduce its interest liability on about 1.5 lakh Crores on refunds if the assessees are made eligible to claim the refunds in the annual returns filed by them by producing a copy of such ROI filed before tax deductors and the tax deductor reduces the same claim from the current tax deduction. This will enable reduction in calculating, remitting the refunds and INTEREST component on such refunds besides reduction of corruption

Expenditure Management Commission: The Govt. can reduce expenditure on cars and fuel. It could engage taxi whenever needed instead as of now i.e. the cars are being hired full day/ half day basis. It could hire on needed hourly basis. All eligible employees can use taxi pooling instead one car for every one. It will reduce capital deployment, revenue expenditure on salaries of drivers, maintenance charges etc.
