Hon'ble Sir, despite getting abundant rainfall in most parts of the country, we suffer from water shortages here and there, on and off. Please make a rule for rain water conservation to be mandatory in urban housing societies, also the high income group housing societies should have waste water management, the government can give incentives/subsidies for installation of such facilities. Rahiman said " Rahiman paani raakhiye, bin paani sab soon" We should not delay it.

Begging can be eliminated only if poverty, illiteracy & superstition are eliminated . universal PDS will reduce poverty as in Tamil Nadu. Literacy will provide employment. Old age homes, taboo in India will provide shelter to the aged. Giving alms, encouraged by religious practices should not be encouraged but donations to old age homes and hospitals can be encouraged. Beggars often travel by train without tickets. They can be prevented.
