There should be 2 or more mandis in every semi urban areas and rural areas. As well 'hatia market' in hindi should be made everywhere in rural, semi rural, urban, semi urban, etc. So that retail market would be boosted instead of mall complex. It will benefit small earning famalies and generate emloyment all over the country. And even it boost "make in india" compaign. It idea must be started im state as well central level. It will generate income, price of commodities will go down.

there are 2 type of person who make their profession as a beggar.one who is unable to do any work one which have no work to do.so in my point of view the main constraint to eliminating beggary is literacy, work sufficiency ,utilization of beggar to different type of government work.govt. should propose a program like'' Swachh Bharat Mission'' to eradicate beggary.

I have one suggestion for petroleum ministry If the petrol or diesel rates are fixed on a round figure amount like 72.00 or 70.00 will save lot of public money If the rates are like 71.67 paisa then the petrol pump guy cannot return the rest 0.23 paisa n is going in black money for petrol pump owner Almost 1000crores of rupees can be saved for common man if the rates are fixed in round figure amount Thanks n Regards Deepesh Agarwal

Constraints are as follows.1. Lack of Political Will. 2. Paucity of funds.3. Begging rackets continue to be a well paying syndicates.4.in-effective policing and inadequate laws to address this social evil. 5. Lack of Center-State coordination and any worthwhile or effective mechanism to tackle this evil in any coordinated manner.6. Lack of vision to realise that efforts to curb begging will require concerted efforts of over a decade to bring back able bodied kids and men into national mainstream

One of the constraint is people paying to beggers. If everyone stops paying them, no one will resort to such extreme measure. People feel pity and pay, encouraging these people and others living in poverty to beg.

Begging is a social crime.About 10,00.000 poor, destitutes and children have been forced to become part of this social evil. Need is to categorise beggars as per age, amputations, employability and diseases such as leprosy or drug addiction. Able body must be provided employment with Border Roads and children must be sent to special camps where they are trained as skilled citizens.Addicts and amputees will need most patience. And gangs involved in forcing people into slavery must be persecuted.
