housing reform.we should make cheap houses on large scale. beggars can be employed in labour force or works which didn't rqrd any degree, but for their children we shoul open new schools. the main subject in these schools should be sport bcaus most of the beggars children prefer sports over academic, then the second most important is value education and vocational education after these the other subjects should be taught to them

As read in papers children are kidnapped and made to beg. first of all a strong mechanism in place where any kidnapping should be traced within few hours or days. The kidnapping should have life imprisonment. Every city should have a multi storey campus which should have school, hostel, orphanage, senior citizen home, destitute women home.all street children should be brought here and given education, they should stay here, given food , senior citizen should and women staying here should work here and take care of the children. With the help of NGOs counsel the beggars and find about their history,reasons for begging etc as some beggars are wilful ones who resort to begging to avoid working.Engage the beggars in various activities like Swach Bharat Abhiyan,Clean ganga project etc. With little encouragement from government, the NGOs can work in eliminating beggary. As many beggars are found near temples, they should be engaged in keeping the temple premises clean and can be paid from temple funds.
