Poverty,Unempolyment,Illetracy,Human trafficing(need strict law),social problem(for old people specially because of their childrens) are the main causes of beggary. We can eliminate beggary to work on these area. Do work for rehabilation for those who are involve in this, give them vocational traning and education to make their work or job, universalisation of pension after age of 65, and who dont have home give them shelter(like old age home,Nari niketan etc.) social awareness nd strict rules.

Beggars are mainly living in cities. There are only a couple of beggars in any village and they are well known and recognized by all the villagers. Village Sarpanch can take care of these beggars. However there is a need to nominate a team (s) in every city who should be empowered to interact with beggars, draw their profile and make recommendation for their rehabilitation to the Collector for doing the needful. Such interaction will help to unearth syndicates engaged in human trafficking.

First of all we need to identify the cause why a person become beggar. As per my knowledge 1. They compelled by some unethical groups (Gunda group) 2. To fulfill his or his family needs. What we can do? 1. We can create an Organization who worked directly under central government supervision to work, that organization will release them from unethical groups and provide job training to earn there daily need. We can create a mentality that begging is an offense and giving money is also a offense.

Capturing begging in absence of parents may reflect -fake alarms due to certain constraints or signaling activity toward nest mates. According to signal detection theory, cognitive constraints results in both false alarms begging in the absence of parents or to inappropriate response and misses -failure to beg during parental visits. In our study of house sparrows, nestling begging in the absence of parents comprised up to 50% of the begging events at the last research and hence crop up equally.

Heavy Traffic Jam, because our most of population doesn't follow the traffic rule. I agreed with new traffic Law's implemented but how this will justify that people are following these Law's. When there is a Traffic Havaldar or Inspector they follow the traffic rules properly. When there is no one the break all rules. We always talk about our strength (1.25 million population) if we asked our people take a picture of that person not following traffic law against he will reward with some money.

I would like to ask one question from honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi: Q - How I become the CM (Chief Minister)? A - Do have to Adopt a famous politician as a father or I need to invest my 30 year in public service after that if I become a CM then I will not have that much strength, power and enthusiasm to hold that position. I request you to give chance to new generation to show what they can do?

Anybody earning his livelyhood without hurting or harming anybody should not be considered illegal. Similarly just by paying tax to govt any activity should not become legal, if it harms and hurts society and people.

Rehabilitating beggars is the only way to eliminate beggary and not eradicate beggars as is being planned by corporations and Govt.
