Sir, Please plan a nationwide govt health insurance. If a person pays 100/- per month give him 2000/- domiciliary 100000/- hospitalization per anum & 300000 in case of death(hospiltalizationX3 times). (Similarly 200/- per month 200000/- policy,500 per month 500000/- policy) for max of 4 in a family. So that every Indian should be under insurance cover. This will really help the middle class families.

Sir, in many corporate firms, Medical insurance is provided by the company which actually covers all aspects including dental. The cost per individual in bulk for this companies also goes down. Can't we start a pilot project in one or two towns or cities where all individual tax payer irrespective of the social or financial condition have to contribute 200-500 a month towards their health insurance for themselves and their family which can vary and get an annual coverage of 5 Lakhs?

Make uniform clinical practice guidelines throughout India and strictly enforce every doctor to follow it. Follow Canada's health delivery system. Every one is insured there. All treatment is free.

The record of the patients who anytime visit a registered doctor need to be made available in the centralised database probably linked with the aadhar number that will help in getting an idea about the facility they afford to avail and the competency levels of the doctors attending them. Referrals will be easy to understand thus providing quick and better healthcare. The spread of any disease, the localised diseases extra will be easy to track and enable govt. to divert the medical help.
