Today National e-Health Authority is very compulsory for all.

Health is such a sector which is always listed high in priority terms. So in my view small camps must be established in remote villages where atleast some medical advantage and treatment can be provided to the villagers.

Dear Honorable PM ji and MoHFW minister, I would like to suggest that we decide on using either the PAN # or the Aadhaar # as a national unique identifier and link this to the medical records for each citizen. This will enable smooth and secure transfer and inter-operability of patient records - once this initiative reaches a certain maturity level and usage across all citizens, doctors and hospitals. Also, this e-Health system should be a PPP initiative so that it is implemented pretty fast.

In a country like India – which is a union of 29 states and 7 union territories with over 1.2billion populations the centralized health system is much needed to understand the Health / Medication trends. Please find the attached for few requirements/suggestions.

It must be remembered that man is a complex identity of Spiritual, Mental & Physical elements governed by nature & his Karma, Allopathy emphasis on treatment of disease & not for the men who bears disease. Dear Sir Cleanliness is very important and the initiative taken by Government is great. There is problem of waste disposal for Public. There are no designated disposal area/unit and if available they are not maintained and advertised. People are forced to put waste here and there. Municipal authority should designate approachable disposal areas so that people may put/send their waste material at that place. Waste material can be used/disposed in scientific way there. Dear Sir It is important to understand the concept of Zoonosis for ensuring human health . About 80% human diseases originate from animals. The role of animal health / Veterinary experts is very important and must be included in National Health scheme. All schemes should be supervised by human and animal experts at same time. Sir, I would like to share my point of view regarding opening of AIIMS in gorakhpur. I feel this is a useless initiative taken by government. Gorakhpur has BRD Medical college which can be made a good multispeciality hospital in lesser budget than AIIMS.I think if given projects in good hand BRD Medical college can be renovated and provided latest technologies.I think thinking of AIIMS is awaste of many acres of land and money together.
