There are many poor who can not afford expenditure of medical treatment. There should be govt hospital where poor men can get treatment at free of cost. AIIMS have taken good initiative but poor have to purchase medicine. Atleast, poor should get free medicine. We can not recognize poor only by seeing BPL cards. There are many categories of poor who do not come under BPL but they are poor and can not afford money for treatment and medicine. We should consider condition of such poor people.

Govt must assure that treatment cost of the poor is to be borne by the Nation. Govt should also ensure that treatment and operation costs as fixed by different private hospitals have to be within the limits of middle class people.

In one news, in AMERICA , in Indian embassy, yoga class has been started. Please do not spread yoga, it is not helpful for survival, it has many harmful effect. Pranayam is harmful having many side effects. Exercise is not a part of yoga. Yoga is a thoughtless, desire less,status. When no desire, we will not work ultimately world will go towards end.

In Ayurveda , there is methodology to produce son, when ayurveda is correct, then methodology provided by Ram DEV to produce son is also correct. There should not be disturbance in RAJYA SABHA, when we are accepting Ayuirveda as such.

Dear Sir, NEHA is warmly welcomed. We have lots of infrastructure like Hospitals, PHCs, CHCs, Immunisation centres,India Population Project centres etc. What is short in these is Doctors. No doctor is interested in serving rural areas. We cannot force one to serve. So, the NEHA is a solution. We need to install a network where any one can access medical advice right at the time they needed by Tele - Medicine. The idea is that a team of experts develop a software to refer cases to right service

Whenever a patient is referred for higher centre the referring hospital update the type of ailment,severity,and provisional treatment.the referring hospital directly apply online on behalf of patient . There is provision for selecting multiple higher centre prioritywise according to the accessibility ,and feasibility of patient. Now the higher centres gets all the details about the patient and if treatment is available ,patient is informed about the probable date of treatment.

One initiative under NeHA could be, All government hospitals to be made brought to this platform and seeking appointment to me made online with various department/doctors. This will make the medical services much more accessible to the common man.

No suggestion can be posted with a limit of 500 characters. The character limit should be enhanced to 3000 characters and a facility to attach a word file should be provided

The National e-Health Authority should have a provision for creating a pin code wise database of people with their blood groups and contact details. In this section people willing to donate blood can voluntary register with their bloodgroups and pin code location. This will create a useful database of blood donors which can be accessed by individuals in case of their /their relatives/friends personal needs and also by the local authorities in case of any natural calamity.

Establishment of NeHA is a good idea and is easy to set up officially but it's functioning and usefulness to people of our country need a comprehensive health system of documentation of citizens health problem and timely medical advise by health professionals.For this the program should start form village level.
